Patch Note 2: Audio Support

Hey everyone !

This patch addresses 2 points (again lol):

• New Feature: The program now allows you to play audio files ! You can select the type of file you want to play (video/audio) in settings.
• Feature Change: The max time slider has been adjusted so that putting in a lower value in Settings allows you select smaller time intervals (3 min for example)

On a side note, CPU usage should have been greatly reduced when the program is playing a video.
